Vidalia Onion

medium to large Vidalia Onion
- Margarine
or butter
- Worcestershire
sauce
- Garlic
powder
- Salt
and Pepper

- Peel
onion, cut into quarters but do not cut all the way through.
- Place
the onion on a double sheet of foil square (foil square should be large enough
to wrap onion and twist on top).
- Put
butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper on the onion and twist
on top.
- Place
covered onion on a corning ware or baking dish with sides and bake in oven at
350° for about an hour or until done.
